Return & Refund Policy

We keep things simple so you can shop with confidence. Please read this before placing your order.

General rules

  • Purchases are final; we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

  • We do not offer exchanges for preference or sizing/spec changes.

  • We ship within Singapore only.

When a return is accepted

You may request a return only if:

  • The product delivered differs from the specifications stated on our website;

  • An incorrect item was sent; or

  • The product arrived damaged or is not working on first use.

Conditions for return

To help us process your request:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery or collection.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice), a short description, and photos/videos

  • Return any complimentary items, add-ons, or bundle parts included with the purchase.

  • If you received an item in error, do not open or use it. Opened/used items, missing packaging/parts, or tampered serial labels will be rejected.

What happens after we receive your return

  • We’ll inspect your item within 3–5 business days of receipt.

  • If approved, the default remedy is a like-for-like replacement (same model/spec/colour).

  • If a like-for-like replacement is not available, you can choose:

    • a store credit (valid 6 months), or

    • a refund to the original payment method (limited to cases where we can’t replace).

  • If rejected (fails condition checks), we’ll return the item to you; return shipping may be charged.

Shipping costs

  • If we sent the wrong item, or the item was damaged/not working on first use, we cover return shipping (prepaid label or standard shipping reimbursement).

  • For non-approved returns, all shipping costs are borne by you.

  • Original delivery fees are not refundable once an order ships.

How to request a return

  1. Email helloworld@typified.sg within the timelines above.

  2. Include your order number, a short description, and photos/videos if damaged or not working on first use.

  3. Wait for our approval and instructions (return address/label).

  4. Pack securely and ship back within 5 business days of approval. Share the tracking number.
